Meet Our Governors
-
Mrs Sarah Meredith
Headteacher Ex Officio
I was appointed Deputy Headteacher in 2005. Following a period as Acting Headteacher I was appointed as substantive Headteacher in 2011.
I have been a member of the governing body since 2005, initially as a staff governor and now in an ex-officio role.
During my time at the school, I have seen many positive changes, including the development of a new sports hall in 2006 and the growth from five to seven classes when the school expanded in 2011.
We value our close links with our parish church, St Michael and All Angels, where pupils attend end-of-term services and other events throughout the year.
I enjoy singing and co-lead Bramcote Voice, our school choir. The choir has taken part in the Young Voices concerts in Sheffield for a number of years. Outside school, I am also a member of a local Rock and Soul Choir, performing in concerts that raise money for local charities. -

Mr Tim Brindley
Chair of Governors -PCC Foundation Governor
I became a governor of the school in 2011, and, through the years, I have served in various roles on various committees. I count it a privilege to now serve the school as Chair of an amazing team of governors.
Any topics we discuss, any decisions we make are made with the pupils and staff in mind. We want to progress the school so that all the team, whatever their role within the school family, experience; ‘Life in all its fullness’.
I am married to Sheila, and we have lived in Bramcote for over 30 years. We have two grown-up daughters and three grandchildren.
We attend a church in Stapleford where I serve as a trustee. If you do not see me at school, you will probably find me on our allotment!
