This week all the children have been taking part in our safety week.
Our School Parliament were promoting a walk to school and gave out stickers each day to children that had travelled to school either by walking, cycling, scooting and even roller skating! They have recorded their findings and will be presenting these in Parliament next week.
The year five pupils took part in bike-ability on Monday and although it was a very wet day they all had a great time learning about how to be safe on the road.
Mrs Norris and Mr McCallion led assembly on Wednesday engaging the children in a road safety quiz.
Mrs Ottewell talked about e-safety on Thursday and how children can be safe on-line both at home and in school.
Finally we concluded the week joining in with the National Big First Aid Live led by St John Ambulance and Dr Ranj from CBBC.
